Jewelry designer, Jenien Passigli, had been working with beads for several years when she dreamed up Bead Pixie Designs in 2005.  She loves every aspect of her business, especially the creative freedom to work with beautiful materials.  I have been in love with beads for as long as I can remember! Working with different colors and textures is a joyful process for me. Each piece is special in design and is made with high quality beads and metal findings.  I love to bring my designs to life with striking colors or unusual pendants. I have also expanded into jewelry, accessories and even flip flops for children and teens. I enjoy seeing my daughter, Rachel, wear (and test!) my designs.

Jenien's favorite materials to work with include shell, semi precious stones, art glass, freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystal and crystal pearls. Most designs are finished with a decorative toggle clasp. I design according to my mood or whim. Many things inspire me... places I have visited, colors in nature, a painting I admire and even stained glass windows! I particularly love shell pendants. There is nothing so inspiring and centering as wearing a piece of the mighty ocean! Glass also fascinates me. I have traveled to Venice and the island of Murano where glass blowing has been an art form for centuries. It is breathtaking how color and shape can be caught and held forever in glass. I just love working with these small pieces of treasure.

Bead Pixie jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces. I tend to bead one to three pieces for each design I create. My mind constantly urges me to try something new. So little time and so many pretty things to create! I sincerely hope that you enjoy wearing my jewelry.
